Are We the Right Fit?

Choosing a contractor for your home is a big decision.
Especially when the work will become a permanent part of your property.

Are We The Right Contractor For Your Project?

This page exists for one simple reason:
to help you decide if Kelly Masonry is the right partner for your project.

We want homeowners to understand how we work, what types of projects we take on, and what kind of experience you can expect before you ever schedule a consultation.

If you read through this page and find yourself thinking, “Yes, this is exactly what we’re looking for,” there’s a very good chance we’ll be a great fit.

Why Clients Choose Us

Most homeowners who contact us are not looking for the lowest price.

They are looking for:

• A team that understands the character of Main Line homes
• Craftsmanship that will last for decades
• A well-planned project that runs smoothly
• Clear communication from start to finish

Outdoor masonry projects often look simple from the outside. But what homeowners don’t see is the planning, structural work, drainage, base preparation, and craftsmanship required to build them correctly.

Our approach is simple:

Plan carefully. Build properly. Communicate clearly.

When those three things happen together, projects tend to go very well.

Projects We Typically Take On

We specialize in larger exterior masonry projects such as:

• Bluestone patios
• Brick patios
• Paver patios
• Walkways and garden paths
• Stone steps and entryways
• Retaining walls
• Outdoor living spaces
• Custom masonry features

Many of our projects involve integrating new masonry with older Main Line homes, where materials and craftsmanship must match the character of the property.

Projects We’re Usually Not the Best Fit For

Because our projects involve planning, scheduling, and dedicated crews, we are typically not the right contractor for smaller repairs or quick fixes, such as:

• Small patch repairs
• Minor mortar touch-ups
• Small handyman projects
• One-day repair work

For those types of projects, a smaller specialty contractor or handyman is often a better option.
